A typical application for Guyson’s UCR (ultrasonic clean and rinse) tanks is cleaning PVC-U
extrusion dies used in the manufacture of windows, doors and conservatories. Build up of
plateout (gas fumes from PVC extrusion process) and other residues can be effectively
removed to maintain a clean profile for accurate extrusions and prolonged working life.
