ORBIT spray washers
Orbit single stage spray washers are available in two standard sizes: the Orbit 800 is the most popular size while the compact Orbit 600 fits into a smaller footprint.
These top loading spray washers offer excellent cleaning results, with a motor driven rotating basket carrying the components under the highly effective spray jets. These machines are popular for use in manufacturing cells.

FORMULA 950 for batch or in-line washing and drying - or coating
The Formula 950 rotary drum washer is designed for aqueous cleaning and drying of small parts either in batches or in-line with production conveyors.
Components are first carried through immersion and power jet washes at constant speed via an Archimedes screw. After draining, they are dried by hot turbo-blown air, emerging clean, dry and ready for use.
Typical components which can be processed include:
- Metal, plastic and rubber parts
- Pressings and stampings
- Screws, nuts and bolts
- Springs
- Seals
- Cold forged parts
- Machined parts
